POLICY & WAIVERS
NO SHOWS: We understand that circumstances arise and that appointments must be rescheduled last minute.
Please call or text to (TheValliant Location) 580-433-3647 OR (The Broken Bow Location) 580-306-3647 or reply back to the software's auto text message reminder 2 days prior to the appointment OR message us on Facebook to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations & reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time will be marked as a NO SHOW and will incur the $25 NO SHOW fee PER pet. This fee may be invoiced.
FLEAS & OTHER PARASITES: We require that all pets be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Parvo shots, as well as on flea preventatives. This requirement is waived for pets on a veterinarian authorized medical plan that omits these preventatives.
If a pet is found to have visible parasites, such as fleas, by one of our staff members after pet has been accepted and kenneled, the pet's appointment slot will be bumped to later in the day, and pet will be quarantined and groomed after other pets have been groomed so as to reduce the risk of transference. In addition, an added fee will be added to the pet's ticket.
PICKUP TIMES: all pets will vary in grooming time and this time may fluctuate from groom to groom. We make no guarantees on precise times. As a rule of thumb, please anticipate a minimum 4 hour wait between drop off and pick up. We do not work on 1 pet at a time straight through. If this is a requirement for you and your pet, there will be an additional fee.
